Regional Director of Marketing

The Regional Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the company in collaboration with and as directed by the Marketing Director, CEO, and COO. This position will be responsible for implementing short and long term marketing strategies that integrates KLEAN’s mission with the needs of the assigned region. The position requires local travel as well as the possibility of national travel, as needed.

An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field, at least two years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for the position. A minimum of one year experience in the chemical dependency or substance abuse treatment industry is preferred. This position requires strong communication skills resulting in the ability to effectively market to both large-scale organizations and individual referral sources. The ideal candidate will have tenacity, loyalty, a passion for helping people, and a high degree of merit with both organization and interpersonal skills.

Regional Outreach Coordinator

The Regional Outreach Coordinator is responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with community resources with the objective of maximizing facility census. This position will promote all KLEAN treatment facilities on a national level within the assigned region and assist with implementing strategic marketing plans as directed by the Marketing Team, CEO, and COO.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, at least two years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year experience working in the substance abuse treatment field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and resources in the substance abuse treatment industry and/or healthcare industry, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Regional Director of Clinical Services

The Regional Director of Clinical Services directs the clinical operations, programs, and activities of the region assigned to maintain the highest quality of care and services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

This position requires a Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study; state specific and/or multiple state licensures to practice mental health therapy; minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical dependency; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will also have crisis intervention experience, superior leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to foster team work, and meet tight deadlines.

Regional Director of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the facility day-to-day activities, at the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. The essential functions of this position include administrative, admission, financial, HR, and marketing responsibilities, as well as an understanding of the clinical needs and procedures for the facilities. The position is also expected to oversee growth of the assigned branches, ensuring company policy and procedure are implemented and performed in an effective and efficient manner. A successful Regional Director of Operations will maintain an atmosphere of collaboration, participation, retention and teamwork within the assigned branches and home offices.

The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in management or a related field, at least 3 years of management experience in the field of chemical dependency, and at least two years of experience in the field of dual diagnosis. In addition, they will have a solid understanding of diverse cultures, as well as demonstrated knowledge of behaviors and developmental, physical, and emotional needs of the served population.

Executive director

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the facility according to the strategic direction set by the CEO and COO. The ED will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the facility’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of KLEAN’s mission. He/She will oversee the facility’s overall operations including, but not limited to, the administrative, clinical, and financial aspects as set by the CEO, COO, and Director of Clinical Services. This position manages all staff at the Center either directly or through direct managers. The ED will also be expected to be available outside of regular business hours for emergencies and travel locally and nationally, as needed.

The position requires a Master’s Degree in management or a related field, at least 1 year of experience as an ED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of mental health, substance abuse treatment, and/or chemical dependency. The ideal candidate will also possess superior leadership skills including the ability to exercise sound judgement, foster team work, communicate respectively and professionally with all stakeholders, and a high level of competency in the professional representation of the company.

Clinical Director

The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the clinical functions and services of the Treatment Center, including planning and overseeing clinical program initiatives, participating in program development and administration, and providing clinical training and supervision to clinical staff and interns. This position is also responsible for ensuring clinical services are in compliance with state and federal regulatory standards; monitoring staff adherence to company and departmental policy, procedures, and practices; and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships within the organization

This position requires a Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study; MFT, LCSW or equivalent licensure; minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical dependency; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will also have crisis intervention experience, superior leadership and management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to foster team work, and meet tight deadlines.

Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing and conducting the day-to-day operations and administration of the Facility program and for providing guidance and supervision to treatment staff. This position will maintain an active caseload as needed and will be responsible for ensuring clinical services are in compliance with state and federal regulatory standards; monitoring staff adherence to company and departmental policy, procedures, and practices; and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships within the organization

A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study is preferred for this position; and the position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse industry or related field at an administrative or management level; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the facility day-to-day activities, at the direction of the Regional Director of Operation, COO, and CEO. The essential functions of this position include administrative, admission, financial, HR, and marketing responsibilities, as well as an understanding of the clinical needs and procedures for the facilities. The Operations Managers is expected to maintain the facilities compliance of state and federal regulations and ensure company policy and procedure are implemented and performed in an effective and efficient manner. A successful Operations Manager will maintain an atmosphere of interdepartmental collaboration, participation, retention, and teamwork within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in management or a related field, at least 2 year of management experience in the field of chemical dependency, and at least one year of experience in the field of dual diagnosis. In addition, they will have a solid understanding of diverse cultures, as well as demonstrated knowledge of behaviors and developmental, physical, and emotional needs of the served population.

Case Managers

The Case Manager is responsible for managing an assigned caseload of clients, for assessing client needs, developing, implementing and reviewing transition plans, and working with other community resources in meeting/achieving client service needs. Case Managers provide on-going supportive and/or case management functions in accordance with the Continuum of Care process.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience in the substance abuse industry or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical Doctor

The MD will provide high quality medical care by examining patients and treating diseases. He or she will also aim to prevent and promote healthy habits among clients. He will conduct routine check-ups to patients to assess their health conditions and discover possible issues as well and evaluate symptoms to determine their conditions.

A valid M.D., a current state medical license, and a minimum two years of clinical experience as a primary care provider is required. A minimum of one providing specialized care for persons with drug and/or alcohol dependency is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process as well as an understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate the needs of gender and culturally diverse groups of people.

NP

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment of selected patients in the designated service. The nurse practitioner performs physical examinations, confers with patients in person and by phone/electronically, cooperates with others to assure smooth flow of patient care.

Completion of a Master’s program in Adult NP, Family Practice NP, or Psych/Mental Health NP is required. Minimum one year of experience as a nurse practitioner providing specialized care for persons with drug and/or alcohol dependency is also required. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process as well as an understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate the needs of gender and culturally diverse groups of people.

PA

The Physician’s assistant is responsible to assess patient health by interviewing patients; perform physical examinations; obtain, update, and study medical histories. Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies; interpreting test results.

Unrestricted Physician’s Assistant license is required. Minimum one year of experience as a Physician’s Assistant providing specialized care for persons with drug and/or alcohol dependency is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process as well as an understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate the needs of gender and culturally diverse groups of people.

RN

The RN is responsible to care for our clients and facilitate their recovery. The RN will promote the client’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care, and give the best nursing care with little supervision. We are looking for someone compassionate and able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

A Bachelor’s Degree is Nursing and valid RN license is required. Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse providing specialized care for persons with drug and/or alcohol dependency is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process as well as an understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate the needs of gender and culturally diverse groups of people.

Counselors

The Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services in an individual and/or group setting for assigned clients including education and support. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to developing effective person-centered treatment plans, running dynamic group sessions, and documenting case notes and paperwork according the state, federal, and company policy and procedure.

This position requires a license or intern license to practice mental health therapy in accordance with state standards, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team, knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process, an understanding of diverse culture and gender specific issues, and knowledge of the philosophies, practices, policies, and outcomes of models of treatment, recovery, relapse prevention and continuing care for dually diagnosed populations.
